A Mother of Pearl Plaque from Jerusalem the Last Supper and The Resurrection and Ascent into Heaven.
This was presented to Mother Sarah by the Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem sometime in the 1920's to mark the occasion of her visit to the Holy City as the First Anglican women Religious. 89cm h x 68cm w.

In 1932 it was moved to Laleham Abbey and was in the Chapel. In 1960's it went with the Community to Cheltenham and in the 1990's it was returned and was in the Chapel until 2007 when it then came into the vendors possession.

Appears to be in mostly good condition, some loss of pearl in places and glue to back of top section.
